KEPLER REVIEW:
Joanna Newsom - Ys
This album is a wonderful piece of art. It doesn't feel like a series of songs, but like a warm summer day spent listening to Joanna Newsom play her harp and sing her strange songs about pastoral relationships. She deserves much credit for being so deliberately herself as this record isn't going to palatable to many people. I'll still be listening to Ys in twenty years. It'll be so interesting to see what she does next.
Highlight: "Monkey & Bear"
