Let the Jewish population file its grievances:

Among the insecure committees of grungy fingernails, 
Between the toes and in the bellybuttons of the grimy.

Cistic Fibrosis dwells within the hearts of Jeremiah's children, 
He can't seem to cure them with toothpicks.
