I FACE THE FUTURE WITH NEW RIGIDITY

Juicy stares, nonsensical glares,
Bare your girth against my House of Mirth,
Dirty as a fox in heat,
You beat your wheat, into chafe.


Spicier, meaning nicer with pepper,
Schlepper of goods got beat down by Rapunzel.
Save the minions of Artemis from pubic landslides,
Insurrection mounted upon mountains of muscled mass,
Resurrection of the perfect ass through amniocentesis
Joined back to back by your Siamese cheeks.


Pixillated margarine dripping from cleft chin,
Montgomery Clift enshrined in fear but well lubricated.
Gypsies traveling vertically in the night,
Fight the urge of Sephardic revolution and
Devolve into Garfunkel subordination.


Plump vixens wined and dined
By Lithuanian tax collectors with promises of 1099's.
Monks dream of successful incest in confessional booths
As across America old men seek to seep 
in youth through crooked fingers,
And the damage lingers, dead ringers
For huge therapy bills and dead livers 
and dead Rivers (Phoenix that is).


A man blows a seemingly innocuous saxophone in New Jersey,
Blue Skies melt into pathetic meaningless drivel,
Shriveled privileges of hepatitis victims in Maryland 
run screaming in marathons,
Martyrs of the new millennial cast crush.


Slapped cheeks bounce back red and stinging,
Mud slinging mutineers adopting babies with violent signatures,
I seek purpose and fail and fall and rail and bawl but in the end:


I face the future with new rigidity.
